“Le Touquet Paris-Plage” is a well known seaside beach resort on France’s “Côte d’Opale”.The town offers peace and quiet as well as wonderful architecture and sporting activities.Its long, fine sandy beach, esplanade, cultural events and entertainment as well as designer shops, horse racing calendar and casino make this the most popular resort on the northern coast.Annual festivals include the “Le Touquet International Music Festival” in August and the “Festival de la Côte d’Opale” including plays, music and concerts all summer.Places to visit include its now famous historical villas, the Musée du Touquet and the Estuary Park offering exciting walking and biking trails amongst dunes and forests -ideal for nature lovers.
