Parking Express - All Terminals

Parking Express is located on the Heathrow Perimeter Road and provides fast and efficient transfers to and from the Terminals.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Transfers
Transfers operate 24 hours a day to Terminals 1, 2, 3 & 4 every 10 minutes, taking approximately 15 minutes between 04.45 and 23.45. An on request service operates outside these hours.

Arrival Procedures
On arrival, take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to the signposted area, park in an available space and go to the nearest bus stop for a transfer.

Departure Procedures
To transfer to the car park go to the Long Stay Courtesy Coach Pick up point at each Terminal to catch the Parking Express bus, for terminal 3 passengers, you should go to bus stop 17. On returning to your car, drive to Customer Services and Park. Hand over your printed confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and entry ticket in exchange for an exit ticket.

Exit the M4 at junction 4 following the signs for Heathrow Airport. Then follow the signs for the Long Term Parking, which takes you to the Northern Perimeter Road. Further signs will direct you to Parking Express.

Transfers
Courtesy transfer coach runs every 10-12 minutes, Takes just 10-15 minutes depentdant upon drop-off terminal. They run 365 days of the year and 24hrs a day. For transfers from the Airport, Coaches are located outside the terminals on the ground floor. Check the bus information panel on your vehicle reciept.

Arrival Procedures
On entry follow signs to Arrivals. Park, unload luggage and proceed to reception, where you leave your keys and voucher, receive a receipt for your vehicle before boarding the courtesy coach to the terminal.

Departure Procedures
On your return to the car park, got to reception with your receipt received on entry and exchange this for your keys. Your car will be parked in a bay close to reception.

From M25 - exit at J15 onto the M4 in direction of london. Exit M4 at J3 following signs for A312 Heathrow and Feltham. Continue along the A312 for appox 1.2 miles until reaching the Waggoners roundabout. Take the 3rd exit signposted Heathrow A4. Continue along the A4 (Bath Road) for appoximately 0.6 miles, through 3 sets of traffic lights, and Courtlands Parking is situated on the eft immediately after Bunzl offices.

Transfers operate every 7 minutes to and from terminal 4 between 05:00-23:00. Outside these hours transfers are on demand.

Arrival Procedures
**ENTRY PROCEDURE** The following instructions are very important so please take the time to familiarise yourself with them before you travel. Upon arrival at Business parking (Park & Fly), please don’t take a ticket. At the entry barrier simply insert the credit or debit card used to make your booking. Your card will be recognised and the barrier will raise to let you in. If your card is not recognized, please do not insert a different card, simply take a ticket. On your return see departure procedure below.

Departure Procedures
On your return proceed to Bus Stop 6 and await transfer bus back to car park. On your return, use the same credit or debit card at the exit barrier to get out of the car park. Please be aware that the usage of a different credit or debit card will result in a double charge. If you took a ticket on arrival simply present your ticket along with your reference number at the reception located at the car park exit

Transfers
A FREE shuttle operates to and from all terminals every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day, taking approximately 5-10 minutes.

Arrival Procedures
On arrival you should park outside the reception area and check in. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference, then hand in your car keys and board the FREE transfer to the terminal. Your car will either be stored at Q-Park Flyaway or at a storage compound close by, a condition check, mileage check and petrol check will be carried out. Q-Park drivers are fully insured to drive your car and the compound has security Fencing,lighting,CCTV,controlled access barriers and 24 hour security patrols.

Departure Procedures
On return from your holiday, once you have cleared customs, simply call the Q-Park Flyaway control room on 0208 759 1567 giving your name and and voucher number. You will be told which bus stop to go to for transfer to the car park.

Failure to confirm your booking may result in you not being met by the chauffeur.

Departure Procedures
You will be met by the chauffeur in the Car Lane outside Arrivals at all terminals, except Terminal 4, where you will be met in the car lane, which is the 4th lane accross from the building, outside Arrivals. Details will be confirmed and keys handed over.

Directions
Follow signs for Heathrow and then directions to your terminal of departure. At terminals 2,3 & 4 the chauffeur wil meet you outside departures in the lane signposted for cars. At Terminal 1, as you drive up the ramp, stay in the left hand lane, this will take you up to the chauffeur level where your chauffeur will meet you. The chauffeur will be wearing a black jacket and will be at the meeting point 5 minutes prior to your booked time of arrival and will wait for 15 minutes, if you are running early or late you should call Purple Parking on 0845 8505859. On your return, proceed to the car lane outside Departures where the Chauffeur will be waiting for you with your car. CUSTOMERS MUST CALL PURPLE PARKING AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL DATE TO CONFIRM EXACT DETAILS ON 0845 8505859.

CPS Personal Parking - All Terminals

CPS Personal Parking will save you time and hassle! The chauffeur will meet you at the terminal and will then drive your car to a secure car park. When your return from your holiday, the chauffeur will meet you at the terminal with your car ready for you to drive off.
