Parking Express South

Gatwick's official on-airport car park for the South Terminal. It operates regular transfers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Transfers
Operate every 7-10 minutes, 24 hours a day, taking 2-4 minutes to and from the South Terminal only.

Arrival Procedures
Take a ticket from the barrier and follow the signs to the appropriate area and park your car. Proceed to a bus stop and await a bus to transfer you to the south terminal.

Departure Procedures
After transfering back to the car park, providing your booking reference is printed on your entry ticket, drive to the exit barriers, insert your entry ticket and depart. Should the word 'Cashier' and NOT your booking reference appear on the entry ticket, park outside the exit office and exchange your entry ticket and email confirmation (or quote booking reference) for an exit ticket.

Directions
From the direction of London or Brighton, exit M23 at J9 following signs on the roundabout for Gatwick Airport. Keeping on the inside lane, exit left at the next roundabout following signs for the South Terminal and then take the second exit on the left, sign-posted Long Stay Car Park. Follow signs for Parking Express.

Security Measures
Parking Express hold the Secured Car Parks Award, initiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers, and is protected by security fencing, floodlights, remote cameras and regular patrols by staff and Sussex Police.

Arrangements can be made for disabled customers. Once you have booked call the car park to arrange.

Transfers
Operate every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, taking 10 minutes to and from the North Terminal only.

Arrival Procedures
Take a ticket from the barrier and follow the signs to the appropriate area and park your car. Proceed to a bus stop and await a bus to transfer you to the airport. During peak periods your keys may be taken and car parked for you.

Departure Procedures
For a transfer from the North Terminal, go to the lower level and go out of the entrance and turn left and go to the courtesy coach pick-up point. After transferring back to the car park, drive and park outside the admin office near the exit and exchange your entry ticket and email confirmation (or quote booking reference) for an exit ticket.

APH Parking

APH is located just 4 miles from Gatwick airport, it is ideal for medium to long stays, with transfers running every 10-15 minutes 24 hours a day.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Arrival Procedures
Park in the arrivals area. Check-in at reception, hand-in your confirmation email (or quote your booking reference) along with your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you transfer to the terminal.

Departure Procedures
Call APH on 0800 3589444 before customs, for your transfer back to the car park. Follow signs to courtesy coaches on the lower levels. At the car park go to reception and pick-up your keys. Your car will be waiting for you in the reception area.

Exit M23 at junction 10 (not junction 9 for Gatwick). At junction 10 take the A264 signposted East Grinsted. Continue on the A264 over 2 roundabouts. 3/4 mile past the 2nd roundabout turn right into a Shell petrol station. The entrance to APH is at the rear of the petrol station.

Orange badge holders are recommended to use the short-term car parks on the airport site.

Width restriction of 7.5ft or 2.4 metres. Height restriction 2.4 metres 7.5 ft. No motor homes. The car park is unable to carry bikes, surf/windsurfing boards, etc or items of a similar size on their transfer bus. They do accept ski's and golf clubs.

CPS Personal Parking

CPS Personal Parking will save you time and hassle! The chauffeur will meet you at the terminal and will then drive your car to a secure car park. When your return from your holiday, the chauffeur will meet you at the terminal with your car ready for you to drive off.

Your car is collected and returned to the airport terminal. You are met at the departure terminal.

Arrival Procedures
You must call CPS on 08704 11 11 18 to reconfirm details between half an hour after making the booking and a minimum of 24 hours before your day of departure. (The best time to re-confirm is 06:00 - 22:00 Mon-Fri, unless your booking is imminent). The information they require is: name, Holiday Extras booking reference, car details, flight numbers and times, and terminal of departure. On the day of departure, drive to your departure terminal where the uniformed Chauffeur is waiting to take your car to the car park.

Courtlands

Courtlands is the closest off-airport car park to Gatwick. It provides a speedy transfer to the airport - aided by a private road linking it to the airport. Free transfers run every 20 minutes on a 24 hour basis to the South Terminal all year and the North Terminal in November to February .

Purpose built coaches run every 20 minutes to and from both terminals 24 hours a day. Taking 2 minutes to the South Terminal and 10 minutes to the North. Please note that in the period March to October Gatwick Courtlands ONLY runs transfers to the South, and NOT the North Terminal.

Call Courtlands on the number given to you at check-in, for your transfer back to the car park. Go to reception and hand in voucher given to you on arrival to exchange for car keys. Your car will be waiting for you in the reception area.

Exit M23 at junction 10, signposted Crawley/East Grinsted. Follow the Crawley signs to the next roundabout, taking the 5th Exit and driving back on yourself on the A2011, towards the motorway. After approximately half a mile take the slip road on the left to Crematorium. Turn left at the T-junction on to the B2036 for Horley. Go straight on at the next roundabout and Courtlands' entrance is approximately half a mile on the left.

Park Plus - NEW!!!

Park plus has transfer available every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day. These take only 2 - 3 minutes for a transfer to the South terminal. For maximum convenience you will be dropped on the upper forecourt, adjacent to the terminal entrance - this is ideal for direct access to the terminal building.

Transfers
Buses run every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day to the South terminal. Transfer time is only 2 - 3 minutes.

Arrival Procedures
On arrival the barrier will open automatically. Customers must then proceed to the reception where they will be asked to present their Holiday Extras booking confirmation. They will then hand in their car keys and be given a receipt. Your vehicle will be parked by valet staff leaving you free to board the courtesy coach to the terminal.

Departure Procedures
On return to the car park, go to reception with the receipt issued on entry and exchange this for your keys. Your car will be parked in a bay close by ready for you to exit the car park.

Holiday Parking is excellently located, just 4 miles from the airport. Transfers take just 12 minutes to the North Terminal.

Operate 24 hours a day; half hourly during peak period, otherwise on request, taking around 12 minutes to the North Terminal. Transfers do not operate to the South Terminal.

Park at the arrivals area. Leave your car keys at the reception along with your confirmation e-mail voucher (if you do not have your voucher you can quote your booking reference) and check in. You will receive a plastic card, showing the number to call when you return for a transfer service back to the car park.
