With their compact and comfortable accommodation all on one level, they enjoy a quiet courtyard setting in wonderfully relaxing surroundings with lovely walks close by. This is the heart of 1066 Country Battle and its famous abbey and museum are just a short drive and the Cinque Port of Rye, with its cobbled streets, interesting shops and galleries and lovely old inns boasting a fascinating smuggling history, is only 10 miles away. Hastings offers a modern pier, a promenade, local history museum and a sea life centre as well as excellent town amenities. The nearest shops and pubs serving food are in the village of Westfield, just 1 mile from Rocks Farm.
