The city of Hereford with its fine cathedral is only 11 miles away and Ross-on-Wye offering numerous watersports including canoeing and fishing is 8 miles. There are good walks locally and bird watching nearby. Shop and post office are ½ mile away and various inns serving good food are within 5 miles.
