Detached farmhouse set in beautiful countryside in the heart of Devon, with far reaching views of Dartmoor. The spacious farmhouse is ideal for larger families, with plenty of garden area and 50 acres of land to roam. Dating back to the 1800's the rooms are large and retaining many period features including original beamed ceilings. In addition to the central heating there is a wood burner set in an inglenook fireplace in the lounge and an open fire in the dining room.
The surrounding area is ideal for walking, cycling and fishing. The village pub is less that 2 miles. We are central for touring Devon and Cornwall. The rugged North Devon and Cornish coasts, Clovelly, Dartmoor and the Tarka Trail are all within a 25 mile radius.
This property offers one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a fourth bedroom which has both a double and a single bed. There are 2 bathrooms one with bath and one with a shower cubicle. Further accommodation comprises: Lounge, Dining room, kitchen and breakfast room.
