the conservation area of Ilfracombe on the glorious North
Devon coast. The famous tunnels beaches, the seafront
landmark theatre and the harbour with its restaurants and
bars are all within easy walking distance. The famous
surfing bays at Croude and Woolacombe are just a few
minutes drive away and Exmoor is on your doorstep. The
