'Debtors Prison' part of the old Duchy palace remains as one of the remnants of the original splendour of this town. The house has had numerous identities since it was built, but has kept this name due to the bars still in place on the top floor!
In spite of this, the house is very cosy and light with an L-shaped layout, the back of which looks out onto a small, sunny courtyard. It is yards from the river, parks and beautiful walks as well as useful shops, pubs and restaurants.
Debtors Prison offers one ensuite King Size bedroom, one double bedroom and one cabin. Ensuite comprises bath, basin, toilet. Main bathroom has shower, basin, toilet. Additional toilet downstairs. Separate kitchen and living/dining room adjoined.
