Edmondscote is a very pretty cottage which is located on the outskirts of the village of Bolingey; a peaceful location close to Perranporth beach on Cornwall's stunning North coast. Perranporth is a traditional seaside town with many shops, restaurants and other facilities. It is well known for the wide sandy beach which is featured on TV's 'Beach Rescue'. Bolingey itself has a lovely old pub which serves excellent food and is an easy level walk from the cottage. Edmondscote is also very well placed for exploring Cornwall. The Eden Project and the Maritime Museum at Falmouth are a short drive away. Many fantastic walks are easily accessible, including the South West Coastal Path.
The cottage offers two bedrooms, one double and one twin, has a large lounge diner with inglenook fireplace and log burner, and has a pretty hand painted kitchen with a dishwasher. It is full of character and is well furnished to a high standard. There is parking for two cars and a large private garden.
